Hole in One

Yesterday Benjamin was having some quiet time in his crib when Mike heard some strange noises coming from the nursery. Turns out the pacifier that had been beside Benjamin in the crib was now in his mouth. He finally did it! For weeks he has been fiddling around with that pacifier and desperately trying to put it in his mouth by himself, but it always ended up backwards or sideways. Now he can even adjust it in his mouth if it's not exactly where he wants it.

It's a bird, it's a plane...it's Super Benjamin! Mike picked him up from this playmat, and on the way up Benjamin grabbed that ring and wouldn't let go, for a long time.

Mike went to get him as he was waking first thing in the morning and found Benjamin halfway out of his swaddle. That deer-in-the-headlights look is pretty common when he first wakes up.
