Rain
Maddy is in her sassy toddler phase and is also teething, a lovely combination. Last week, at the end of one very trying day, she was throwing a monster tantrum and wouldn't stop. I was desperate to calm her down. It had just started to rain so I took her out to the front porch. She got quiet immediately. She wanted to be in the rain. We went back inside but she wanted to go out again, so we did, and I took this video.

OMGosh i know exactly what you're talking about.....Madilynn has entered the terrible 2's (although she's only 17 months) and i can't stand it. She's also very frustrated that she isn't mobile yet. She has given up crawling altogether and only will move if we are holding her hands and she is walking. Of course we can't drop everything all day long so she gets very angry.......this too shall pass (i have to keep reminding myself of that!) Glad to know we're not the only ones in misery........it's true what they say, misery loves company!!! ;)
Maddy is so cute!`She is so fascinated with the rain! I look forward to getting to know your family through your blog.
