Ben having a "Thanksgiving cupcake" which was the only leftover cupcake from Maddy's birthday.
Before dinner. Nana got her that outfit.
Our traditional dinner, complete with the green bean casserole that almost didn't get made because I forgot to buy green beans.
Ben and Nana making the pumpkin pie.
There were supposed to be two pies, but I seem to have lost all but one of my pie plates in our recent move. So Nana made pumpkin pie tarts, which Mike insisted on calling pumpkin pie cupcakes.
Ben wanted Pap-Pap to be at the computer, too...but in the green chair, two feet behind Ben. Lots of fun for Pap-Pap. At least he was allowed to drink his coffee while he watched Ben play computer games.
Finally, Pap-Pap gets to participate.
Seeing how long it takes for Maddy to crash a laptop. Maybe next time.
Eating bananas.
Looking for something else to eat. Seriously, every time someone opens the fridge she scoots to the kitchen.
Cheerios and Nana.

Seriously I am cracking up right now with Maddie crawling to the fridge! Lyla is always going to the fridge when we open it and it definitely keeps her occupied for several minutes! Looks like a nice Thanksgiving with family. Great idea with the pumpkin tarts! They look delicious! Xoxo
Ben sounds just like Peter. "OK, just sit there and watch me. For hours." It looks like a great thanksgiving and I love the pumpkin pie cupcakes.
Wow! All of the updates are great! We certainly enjoyed our visit with you and your family and can't wait to come back. We are so proud of you and the way you are raising the children. Both of you are great parents. The kids are beyond description. We love you all very much. Dad
